The Trust Match
Grocery Runner acts as a facilitator. We use proprietary AI to match high-intent Buyers with verified local Helpers.
Identity Guard
Users must be 18+. Multi-factor biometric verification is mandatory for all marketplace participants.
Dynamic Escrow
Payments are held in secure global nodes. Funds are only released when both parties confirm a successful delivery protocol.
Runner Independence
Grocery Runners are independent contractors, not employees. They reserve the right to accept or decline any request based on their own logistics and availability.
While we facilitate the connection, the contractual agreement for the purchase and delivery of groceries exists directly between the Buyer and the Runner. Grocery Runner Global Inc. provides the infrastructure to ensure this agreement is fulfilled safely.
Cancellation & Refunds
Marketplace Integrity Protocol
Buyer Cancellations
Buyers may cancel a request before it is accepted by a Runner without penalty. Once a Runner has commenced the shopping protocol, a cancellation fee may apply to compensate the Runner for time and logistics.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed via our Escrow Integrity System if items are missing, damaged, or not as ordered. Evidence must be provided through the in-app Dispute Center within 12 hours of delivery.
Behavioral Standards
Zero Tolerance Registry
We maintain a "Safety First" environment. The following actions result in immediate, permanent platform exclusion:
- Engaging in off-platform financial transactions.
- Harassment or discrimination of any marketplace participant.
- Fraudulent item substitution or misrepresentation of logistics.
- Breaching the privacy of other users' delivery locations.
Liability Limitations
Grocery Runner Global Inc. facilitates the marketplace but is not responsible for the quality of goods purchased from third-party retailers. Liability for any physical harm, food safety issues, or logistical delays rests with the respective retailers or independent Runners as per local jurisdictional laws.
Financial Protocols
Platform Fees
Our fees are strictly applied to maintain escrow security, 24/7 global dispute moderation, and verified identity infrastructure.
Conflict Mediation
Disputes are resolved through our Neutral Triage system. Decisions made by our global moderators are final based on localized logistics evidence.
Grocery Runner Global Inc. reserves the right to update these protocols as emerging marketplace technologies evolve. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of new terms.
